A chill in the air means it is time to break out the crockpot! As mama's we are beyond busy during this fall + holiday season which means we're always looking for recipes or dinners to quickly put on the table and usually feed an army with.

Yes, we are fans of quinoa (keen-whah) and think this recipe is a perfect way to hide the fact that it's actually full of protein. The chicken, black beans and quinoa make this meal protein packed AND besides cooking the chicken before, everything else is just put into the cooker and set the timer on high for 3 hours or low for 6!
