Just Be Kind...

Just Be Kind...

I think that if kindness were a medicine the dosing would read something much like “When using this remedy, a little will go a very long way. However, feel free to apply liberally whenever and as often as is needed!”

I believe in the power of kindness especially when its coupled with love. I want to teach my children how to be kind to others. I want them to know that it shows strength of character to respond with kindness and in doing so they will learn to be on the lookout for and be able to celebrate the good in others.

I think part of the magical qualities kindness possesses is its reciprocity. No matter how you are choosing to share kindness with others, undoubtedly a little of that sunshine will find its way back into your life.

I am delighted by the unexpected kindness of strangers. I would be lost without the constant kindness of loved ones. I am in the midst of a continual process of remembering that offering myself kindness will help me to not only pardon my own weaknesses, but it will change the lens in which I see beauty in humblest things in myself, those I come in contact with, and the world around me.

Have courage and JUST BE KIND
