Shipping and returns
Shipping can take anywhere from 4-10 business days, depending on where we are shipping to. Please allow 10 business days to process your order so that every mattress pad may be custom fitted and made for your basket. All baskets are inspected for damage before shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. You must provide me with a home or business address. If you would like to have your order expedited please email me at email@example.com
International Shipping is mailed using USPS. Plum + Sparrow is not responsible for any additional charges or custom fees once your package has reached your country
All sales are final and cannot be returned.
If your basket arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. If damage is not reported within 2 days, I cannot file a claim and therefore cannot credit you for the damaged item.
